Our shipping times vary and are based on the processing time of the product before it arrives at our warehouse, plus the delivery time.
Items marked ' Fast Ship ' or ' In Stock ' will be ready to ship within 24 hours Monday through Saturday. However, please note that all prescription lens orders will take an additional 3-7 business days to process depending on the type of prescription and lens tints.
For non-stock items, lead time is 5-11 business days, 11-15 business days, or 3-4 weeks, depending on product availability and lead time from our authorized vendors.
As mentioned above, please note that we need an additional 3-7 business days to process prescription lenses.

Please note that due to limited availability, there may be delays for some models that are not in stock. In this case, we will notify you immediately by email and provide you with alternative options.
As soon as the item arrives at our warehouse and is ready to ship, it will be shipped within 24 hours.
We have multiple shipping locations around the world, including Italy, Hong Kong, Australia, and the US. We will ship your order from one of our 4 fulfillment facilities depending on the origin of the product. Our goal is to get the product to you as quickly and efficiently as possible!
Delivery time is added to the fulfillment time of your order and starts from the date we ship the order. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with tracking information.
International deliveries generally require the same amount of time as domestic deliveries.
Delivery time usually takes 5-10 business days. For remote addresses, the product could take an extra week to ship depending on the location and the method of transportation required.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited
shipping is available on select products for an additional charge. If available, you will see the option during checkout with details of the shipping rate and expected delivery time.
Exception: Please note that for Seychelles and Brazil, the regular delivery time is 15-30 business days.

Can I request a specific courier company to send my orders?
Due to logistical factors, we cannot promise a choice in a delivery company. However, we encourage you to share your concerns with us so that we can offer you the best possible service and provide a solution.
Cancellation During Shipping:
If you decide to cancel your order or want to pick up an item, please note that it can take up to 2-3 weeks to process and please be patient. Please also note that it may no longer be possible to pick up the product if the item is already being shipped, and we may have to wait for it to be shipped back to us. In this case, you can refuse the package at the time of delivery.
Please note that we usually do not refund shipping costs as we are charged the additional shipping fee.
Package Not Received:
If you are notified that the item was delivered but you haven't received it and there is no tracking update for 72 hours, please first check if it was delivered to your neighbors. If your package is still missing, please contact us so we can start an investigation with the courier.
Please note that we may request additional forms and documents when you declare an item was not delivered.
